For most of the book I was honestly confused, but once I got into the rhythm I found a eerie and haunting book. The idea of writing it as collected statements worked really well, despite making the book even more confusing.
It's one of those book you can't stop thinking about

I'd like to read this again. It was interesting, beginning to pick up on different characters returning to talk to "us" and provide nuggets of insight to the situation on the ship. The anonymity was an intriguing aspect, especially
once I got to the section I believe was orated by Dr. Lund
. While I know specificity was not the goal of this, sometimes I did wish for a little more, its sparseness was artfully chosen for sequences where characters admit to dreaming, but did not feel suited for the more violent sections.

I really enjoyed the format and premise, but the lack of characters and character development/familiarization really got to me. Would still recommend though!

What a spooky, kooky book! There’s something about its brevity that makes it even more sinister, like these statements really were just from a blip in time that eventually no one will remember.
