I don't regret reading it. The books broken into many smaller bite-sized pieces than the other books. I don't know how I feel about the format. Might make a good daily reader or something you read a page if you want inspiration. If you like that format, then it's a great book. It's a bit too snacky for me, though. I'm sure it's the perfect format for many, though. Just not me.

I don't know what I'm expecting from self-help books, because I'm only reading them when my library app has them immediately available. So far it feels like I've read the same self-help book seven times with different narrators.
In other words, it didn't stand out, I didn't connect with it, but it contains decent, basic advice (that you can also find everywhere else).

I listened to the audiobook version.
There are some interesting nuggets of wisdom and quotes and that really click. The first part of the book was more aha! and the latter half became a bit more touchy-feely (for lack of a better term) than I was expecting or care for. That approach just doesn't speak to me or work for me.
As I listened to the book, I felt like I needed to grab a copy to really read it for myself (I'd pay better attention that way too). By the end of the narration, I was less inclined to rush out for a copy ... but I think there's enough content in this quick read to pursue at some point.
Overall, decent content. Given that the audiobook is only about 2 hours, no harm grabbing a copy.

A soldi 3.5. I listened to this, which I don't think is the best format for this title. It probably works better as something you read a chapter/snippet a day.
Still enjoyed her stories and recommendations.

Not as good as the original but still had some very valuable things to say. The format was nice to read a little bit everyday. It was good for keeping a good attitude, reminding you to be being grateful and helping me keep my mental health in check during lockdown 3

It felt like this book was made up of outtakes from the first two (which I loved!!). It definitely had some gems, but was not up to the standards of the first two. I would recommend NOT reading it straight through (like I did). Instead, I think it might work better if you picked it up and read one of the snippets whenever you needed a lift or to refocus on your goals.
