Great theme and all, but the excessive repetition of the phrase “keep moving” became too much. I understand the use of repetition and know it’s a style choice, yet here it felt forced and took me away from the stories.

" Revise the story you tell yourself about starting over. Consider not only how terrifying change can be but also how exhilarating. Consider this time an opportunity to make a new and improved life."

Some nuggets of good content in the longer sections, but the affirmations were wildly repetitive.

A combination of stories, advice, and affirmations from a woman going through a major life transition. Perhaps a great gift to someone newly going though divorce? As a human who just got married, I appreciated it, but probably wasn't the target audience for this one.
