In some ways predictable but very well told.

A mysterious book full 0f plot twists, shocking discoveries and werewolves. Sel (the main character ) discovers something wrong with his little town when he finds a drone that has crashed by his house. Now he and his friends must find out the truth before it is too late.

3.5 stars. This was a good story about a town where the residents don't know that they are part of a controlled experiment. Kind of like The Truman Show, but with sinister scientists and werewolves. The premise was good, but it felt a bit slow. Also I don't think US teens would get all of the British "language". Recommended only for strong readers who are looking for something different in grades 6+.

It feels like a fanfiction written by a 6th grader, but it was a fun time!

Just didn’t get into it. Very amused that the sheriff was named after a Teen Wolf character though.
