I avoid the Mystery shelf at the library, but after seeing this thin book with a somewhat plain (if bold) cover go through circulation about a thousand times, I relented and took a peek inside.

"As suspenseful as the V.C. Andrews books you shared in high school, but much smarter."

Sold!

A slightly guilty pleasure...I fear I've taken the first steps into a new addiction: Gillian Flynn novels. On to "Dark Places"!
