A very good example of world building in that I very quickly adjusted to a universe which was totally different even to someone such as myself that is familiar with the sci-fi/ fantasy landscape. The characters are very entertaining and each of their journeys are balanced well in relation to the central plot.

It was good, definitely unique.. don't know if its something I can fully get into, but I'll continue to see where the series go.

4.5 I don't really like science fiction I'm just somewhere in the middle between liking it and not liking it but this was a great introduction a great plot with great plot twists.

I'm very excited to start volume 2 and I bet I could finish each one of them in one sitting.
