Fun series starter, enjoyed the characters and most of the humour. I will be curious to see where this one goes.

Plot or Character Driven: Character

Very cute and relaxing slice-of-life with a slight fantasy twist!

(My only real "critique" so far is, there's lots of cute/quirky ladies, but I'd like to see some more male characters--but then again, I tend to prefer a fairly balanced cast in my stories, so there's that.)

Plot or Character Driven: Character

A cute manga! Not a whole lot really happens but its adorable and enjoyable enough. I'll likely continue on at some point

Great slice of life series that also features an interesting mash of up of witch related practices.

So cute..... Its fun and quirky and adorable.
And funny and kind of sweet. I can't wait to read the others. I think if you like silly, magical kind of narratives...or quirky. You may like this one.

I think it can definitely have some misgivings for those who are Christians, like myself, because magic in the book kind of seems so normal and natural. But I think that Christians could do a better job of acknowledging how God works in creation and has structured it so to reveal His majesty and mystery.

But I think if you can't separate that or understand that, maybe this book isn't for you. There is nothing about God in this book, I'm just saying I'm secure enough in my assurance of God that I can read it. And enjoy it and laugh.

It's a lot like sabrina the teenage witch and miyazaki films combined.

2020 - still love this so much, but it does have flaws. It includes potentially harmful gender stereotypes and talks of gaining weight in a negative light, which is unfortunate.

2019 - okay here's the thing... literally nothing happens in this book... but i vibe with it so much... i seriously loved it more than words *cries*
