I was really disappointed to see that Gabriel Ba didn't illustrate for this spin off. The change in art style definitely took me out of it. But, aside from that, I just...didn't enjoy the story? I'm used to Umbrella Academy being a bit wacky and different, but this one just seemed to go too far off course into a place that didn't make much sense. I was glad to see more of Klaus on his own as well as get a glimpse into more of his powers. But, other than that, there just wasn't much to enjoy. I'm disappointed.
