2.5⭐️ the only thing I found remotely interesting in this book was reading about the MC who was ADHD & her struggles with learning disabilities in school. Other than that I did not like Summer or Fitz at all.

The gas lighting in this book… big yikes.

I really, really enjoyed this one.
I kept putting it down for days at a time because I'm staying with friends right now and reading time is hard to schedule in, but every time I picked it up again I was right back with the story, the characters, etc.
I took a star off because most of the plot revolved around both Summer and Fitz making assumptions that if they'd simply had a conversation RIGHT AT THE START OF THE BOOK everything would have been resolved. For me, this kind of miscommunication is fine, if it's not the main reason why the characters aren't together for most of the book. In my opinion, this mis-com should have ended much sooner, maybe allowing the
SpoilerKamal thing to take over much sooner?

Idk, it's just a pet peeve thing I guess.
