Phew... finally I finished reading this amazing book! Like the first one, Bloodmarked is just easily another five stars book by Tracy Deonn for me.

As the sequel gets darker and deeper, I also cried in some parts. It's getting sadder too sometimes. But, still... I can't lie I love Bloodmarked too. This is another brilliant story and I really feel happy that I can continue my journey with Bree, Alice, William and Selwyn.

This squad are amazing. I love them so much and for William, he is more vulnerable here than in the first one (good job, Tracy!)

I just felt empty at the ending😔 (I'm guessing maybe this is not the duology finally!🥳)
Well, I hope I still can see Bree and her squad in the next book (I hope!)

Thank you, Tracy. Once again, thank you for this brilliant sequel! 5⭐!!!

THIS SERIES. I absolutely loved this sequel. It was action packed, and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

This series really blows my mind. It’s so layered and so f*cking smart. The way Tracy uses the legend of King Author to help create this world, but then also weaves in Black history and everything that comes with that, is just really incredible. We see slavery, racism, grief, generational trauma, but also Black joy and claiming what’s yours. Brianna, our FMC, is just amazing. The chokehold this series has on me, I just can’t. The sequel JUST came out and I am pining for the third.

If you aren’t reading this series, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!

Being on team Nick while reading this:
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
I was surviving on CRUMBS of content, like bro made an appearance every 100 pages or so and then went 👋😌🏃🏃

No but fr I really enjoyed the book and the legendborn world is soooo good. I am a little 🤨🤨🤨 about Bree and Sel’s kiss just because I thought it would happen when Nick and her were broken up or something but NOPE. I have a feeling Nick isn’t going to care too much because of course he wouldn’t but man they did him dirtyyyy 😭😭

I liked the first one slightly better but this one kept me hooked most of the time and was just very entertaining.

Bloodmarked hit the ground running, but lost some momentum in the middle. It started to feel a bit aimless. In the final third things picked up again, though, and my brain is broken and I need the sequel.
