I loved the concept and how it was executed. It was fascinating and wonderful to explore increasingly alien worlds to our world today, from animals (or not-animal organisms!!) to the night sky to the sounds and smells (or lack thereof) in ecosystems millions of years ago. Loved the illustrations -- wish there were more of them!

It was valuable how TH also linked this all to the present, and how we should have hope for our future on earth precisely because we know what can happen, and what to do about it. As he says, it's an issue of policy change and action.
