I feel seen.

If anyone wishes to know what my soul feels like. read this book.
dark emotional hopeful sad

4.75 ⭐️ This series has absolutely ruined me in the best of ways. I’m so glad that Lanston got his own happy ending even if my heart is still breaking for him. The writing is beautiful, almost poetic.

This series isn’t dark romance in the sense of the dynamics of the couples. It’s dark in the subject matter and things that they face. It’s taken me on a very emotional ride but there’s so much beauty in how she writes and portrays that darkness.

My first read

If 2025. This story has become one of my favourites. Such a beautifully written piece. This authors writing makes me want to consume everything she has ever written. I'm so happy Langston got his happy ever after.

Ima be honest, I was quite disappointed with this
dark emotional

Had high hopes for this after I loved the first book so much but it was just okay. I still enjoyed it and loved to hear Lanstons story but it just wasn’t as emotionally traumatic as The Fabric of our Souls. Which is a shame but still

Absolutely loved it. I wasn't a sobbing mess like I was after finishing the first one, but this book was amazing!
