I read this one all the way through without stopping to watch the movies again, but it seems like they're more important to watch for this one than the first one. Ryan doesn't explain them as much, which makes it more difficult to understand what was in them. All the same, it seems like most of the loose ends are tied up by the end, so I'm a little interested in what will happen in the third book, since I think I heard there is one.
And so the plot thickens... *evil laugh*
The second book wasn't as creepy as the first one and I managed to predict the big reveal pretty early but it was still enjoyable and I liked the mystery.
