I have long enjoyed April Ajoy’s TikTok videos for their humor and incisive insight on white evangelicalism and Christian nationalism. Her book is just as enjoyable, with humor mixing in with keen observations on the current state of Christian nationalism in American politics. She shared her own stories from her conservative upbringing as well as how she’s arrived at where she is today. 

This is lighter and easier to take in than other books about Christian nationalism, while still getting the key information across.
