It gives Alice in Wonderland vibes. There is so much sexual tension between Scarlett and Julian. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥I enjoyed every their moment.
I love the way Stephanie Garber writes. I love the way she pulls you in and crafts a world full of characters to love and care about. This story takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions as you never know what is real or what is an illusion. Ultimately though this is a story about two sisters who love each other so much they would do anything for each other, even die if they have to. I think it’s unfair that this story is compared to the Night Circus, yes it’s a performance that includes magic and takes place at night, but the stories don’t even remotely share any other characteristics. I 5 starred The Night Circus as well, but if I had to choose I would choose Caraval. When it takes me a couple of days to read a book compared to over a week for another, for me that means the story was more compelling since I obviously couldn’t put it down until done. I’m looking forward to the next book!
