I thought this was such a cute book! When I read the synopsis of the book, I was so intrigued. I havenβt read something like this before, and I was excited for it! I am not a huge fan of the love triangle trope, but I felt like the author did a good job with it. I enjoyed the characters in this book and the plot. I was engaged right from the start and was curious to see how the story would play out. I thought it was a lighthearted and easy read. If youβre a fan of closed door romance, and are looking for a light read, I recommend checking this book out!

I like the premise, I wish there had been more tension. There was really some chemistry lacking between Layla and both of the male leads.
Way too much of the characters personalities was explained through exposition dumps masked as conversation. A number of these moments could have been cut down.
I found Layla insufferable at times - girl just say what you wanna say!
The ending fell a little flat and the storyline kinda petered out. I was hoping for a bit more depth to the characters and story.

Maybe its just me but I didn't feel any chemistry between either of her love interest to be honest.
