Definitely read the prequel novella! I enjoyed the book, but I don't think I would root for them as much without reading their backstory.

It feels so good to be back in Maggie’s sports universe! I was getting a bad case of the yips and suffering without my Westfield fix.

This book was an easy 5 star read for me!
The main characters in this book Quentin & Madison have a very complicated past. They are brought back together 9 years later and are forced to work together. Quentin has taken the starting quarter back position for the NFL team that Madison works PR for and he becomes her full time project.
Being forced to spend time together reminded both of them of how good things were in the past. The banter that these two characters have is one of the best parts of the book. Their chemistry is unreal and I was hooked immediately.
This was my first Maggie Rawdon book but definitely will not be my last.
