Cherry, the female lead, has been raised by a nanny/carer since her mother’s death 14 years ago. Glenn, her stepfather, and Max and Conrad, her stepbrothers, shared a mansion but not a life. Now she’s 18, her nanny has been dismissed, and her stepfather demands she join the family law firm. And he and his sons appear to want more than work from her but she wants to know why her mother died and why they ejected her from their lives…
This novella is female lead POV, well written, and a taboo step father/brother reverse harem romance. It is intense, taboo (obviously) and covers a range of dark desire. I appreciated the character and relationship development and that Cherry didn’t just fall in line - they had ignored her for so long! I loved the epilogue, actually more than the rest of the story - totally in line with my kinks. This is the first shorter story I’ve read from this author and, whilst the content was handled well, I felt like it was packed in and would have worked better as a longer story. I also prefer multi POV.

If you love dark, forbidden, and age gap romance then this book is for you. Each story is dark and has it own trope. Each author carry’s us on a dark journey with some that might have HEA. This is one anthology you want to pick up and read.

My review is for Cherry Pie within this anthology. It's a kinky quickie for sure. Slow-ish burn with a metric ton of tension but once it starts, the whole place goes up in flames!
I did feel sorry for Cherry though. The lies and secrets that her life was constructed with were likely enough to decimate anyone's psyche. While I'm not sure I would have made the decisions that she did, due to the deception that was entirely her life, I'm not one to judge.
All in all, a good short read. Spicy with enough mystery to make it interesting.

This book has some crazy twists and turns. All of them make the book binge-worthy to read in one setting. Love the chemistry between these two when they finally grow up and get on the same page.

These are the perfect combinations of short stories. I started with Cherry Pie by Daisy Jane & it was the right amount of taboo with an intro of a new k!nk I hadn’t experienced reading before (lactation k!nk) & Daisy did such a great job, I needed more & can’t get enough! Can’t wait to read more in this anthology.
This novella was a good quick read. The tension between Cherry, her step dad and her step brothers after she turns 18 was undeniable. There need to protect her after her mother died and her not knowing they were watching her every move to make sure her dead beat dad didn’t do anything to her. Then to find out her dad killed her mom and her step brothers mom as well because he was jealous. The ending was definitely not something I have read before.
