There is one word to describe this book: Messy. Messy AF. And I loved it. Ari, the FMC, accidentally sleeps with her mother's ex-husband at a sex club. Simple premise right? Wrong, it gets so much worse. The MMC, Logan, becomes obsessed with Ari after their one night. He recognizes her mid "ahem" and then has the gall to show up again! If that weren't, enough Ari's mother is desperate to get back together with him so she invites him to their annual vacation to the cabin. Logan's brother Ty, shows up to keep him away from the ex but just like his brother, he can't stay away from Ari.

This book threw me for a loop. Ari sleeps with her ex step father AND ex step uncle with what I feel is little to no remorse. She strings Ty along until she comes out of self denial city and wants to return to Logan. Ty, understands the entire time his with Ari that he is second string to Logan. What does Ty do? Of course, have a fucking threesome with his brother and Ari. Ari's decision making to sleeping with both men was a huge ick for me. Ignoring the Taboo aspect, sleeping with someone's brother is a hard line for me. I couldn't find it in myself to like her after that but Logan, I loved. I couldn't understand why Logan was so hung up on Ari. He mentions that she is kind, generous and full of life. I mean she's full of something.
Also, Logan slept with Ari's mom at the cabin and ends up preggers. Again, it gets worse. Mom turns out to have been sleeping with her sister's husband, Tom, during their ENTIRE marriage; including the time they were at the cabin. I mean the moral compass on everyone in this family is beyond messed up.
If you enjoy messy, enjoy this absolute batshit book. I know I did.

this was um…not good at all there was like 5 different plot twists that just had me laughing because they were so ridiculous but i’m giving it 2 stars because it got me out of my reading slump
