I really liked some parts of this book and rest didn't like others but as a whole it was good. The writing was good and the characters were well written and dimensional. Good ending, left me wanting more of the story.

A witty and hauntingly beautiful depiction of an adolescent who has an encounter that is carried with him for the rest of his life. The book alternates between his youth and adulthood - hence the title - with antidotes from the the past that are interwoven in his adult hood and what that means for him. It`s a book about relationships, a brother, a son, a lover and how one man navigates these terms and his journey to resolve a childhood love.
