What a great start to the series! I read book 3 and then went back and bought book 1 & 2. The characters in the book are involved with the mafia. I wasn't sure if it would detract from the story. It gave the characters support for who they were and what they did. There is plenty of action and some steamy scenes. I am so glad I have the 2nd book to read now as the story ends on a cliffhanger.
