I'm relieved that we finally find out who A is. That was not a let-down at all.
However, I'm not so sure I believe that Ian is Ali's murderer. Murder is usually a crime of passion, and I don't see how there would be any passion involved here. Another motive could be fear of discovery of his relationship with Ali, but since Ian was a teen himself, I don't think he would get into too much trouble for his relationship. Not enough trouble to justify murder.

The first time I read this, I was in complete shock that Mona was A. I definitely was not expecting that. After reading it again, it obviously was less exciting knowing who A was but I still think this is the best one of the first four books.
Who is A? Who killed Ali? Which is the worst secret of all?

okay so this is where the one thing i knew happened in the books was revealed so now the remaining 3 books are a mystery and there’s no way it can be more of a mess than the show, right??? RIGHT????
