medium-paced

This is one of the better Sparks books. It didn't try too hard to be emotional and the characters were more believable than usual. However, I had a hard time with the little boy who couldn't talk. I thought it protrayed a stero-typical handicap boy. There are a lot of disabilities out there that Sparks could have used that would have felt more realistic than this one.

Nicholas Sparks wrote a wonderous tale of a single mother who falls in love.

As having my daughter with some of the same difficulties as Kyle this book really touched my heart. I loved this book so much, especially the author note at the end. It really gave me hope. The story was also really good. I really enjoyed it overall.

DNF because it was so hard for me to get into. I made it almost halfway and quit

It was an okay book. I wish the romance was more. Huge sparks fan but this one was kind of a let down. He didn’t really grab my emotions like he typically does and at times it felt like it dragged on. I’m happy with the ending though
