Super fun book to read, a delightful collection of characters, this book had me pondering, laughing, sad, and pause for reflection. Super entertaining & intriguing, highly recommended for mystery lovers and those looking for a mystery book that is a bit less grim. Perfect for a rainy or Snowy day read.

Plot was alright, but the characters were very one-dimensional and felt more like caricatures than actual people

Great book, a compelling read. The author is amazing at making characters feel distinct. There are some great hilarious moments and some absolutely heartbreaking ones.

Really enjoyed this - a twisty-turny mystery with a loveable cast of older people (which doesn't shy away from the difficulties of death and ageing). I found it a little difficult to keep up with who had murdered who by the end, but still... well-written and good fun.

This book is incredibly sweet and easy to read.

I read this book because it’s my Nan’s favourite - she loves to read about people ‘like her’. I can see why she likes it so much.

It’s very British, so there are lots of references people from Britain may get a little chuckle out of.

3 hours 42 minutes - I really liked the writing style of this - it was written in a way that often appeals to me. However, I found the ending slightly disappointing, as a lot of the twists seemed to have little build-up, but I enjoyed the overall reading experience nonetheless.
