I did not expect that I would cry on three separate occassions while reading this book. The prose is poignant with beautiful descriptions of the surroundings. The theme of the love and bond between a man and his cat is the main driver for the story which we travel through.

Great read, a bit slow at points but I did keep engaged throughout. Loved the change between cat and human narrators.
