Nice read, nothing more.
The main thing I liked about this book was the emotional ending, although it was very obvious since the beginning.
Honestly, if this book wasn't this short, I don't think I would have finished it.

Such a sweet book! Nothing groundbreaking, but a beautifully set and narrated story about life, cats, and the meaning of life. Perfect for any cat lover, lover of Japanese scenery, and charming characters.

Beautiful story illustrating the way one life touches many others. Anyone who loves and appreciates cats and Japanese culture would probably like this book. I really appreciated that the narration is partly from the cat's point of view.
