Boy did I cry! The love and affection between Satoru and Nina and the reason for their travelling together was beautiful and emotional. 

The highlight of this book for me is that we get the cat’s POV throughout and his voice was perfect. His remarks felt very cat-like and it made me smile a lot while reading the novel. 

I would recommend this book to any animal lover, and especially if you share your day to day with a cat 🧡
