Amazing. Such a great read. If, like me, you’ve seen and loved the movie first, you should know that this graphic novel is a bit different in places. But it is really wonderful.

i needed something like this to give me hope that there's something else more than the corrupted politics we are chained to, to the systems we live and opress us every day.

I didn’t enjoy this nearly as much as Watchmen. I blame much of it on the illustrations. I was constantly flipping back and forth to see if I was looking at the same character or someone new. Interesting storyline but just did not do it for me.

I obviously love the story and the concepts of v for vendetta but due to how bland the artwork was I really have to dock it. Story/plot/writing 4.5/5. Artwork 1/5. I found it so bland and boring I was struggling to follow since the words were blending in. The artwork was the equivalent of reading “for better or worse” in the Sunday comics.
