The book was great. The plot was great. The romance was downright childish and weird especially when it came to Gwyneth. Maybe that's how the book can be summarized. Now the details.

There are a few things that weren't cleared out in the book. First, why did Dr. White help Gwyenth when she was pretending to be sick? He was literally the last person to do that. Second, how did Lucas have the chronograph? One is in the future the other is in the past, so maybe Mr. Bernard (who seems to be Gwyneth's brother but with complications in between) was the one to pass it down from Lucy and Paul. Third, I think that the ending was a little rushed. I mean like Gwyneth and Gideon are now immortal, okay, now what? No mention of what happened to the Lodge after the events was there, nor the rest of Gwyneth's family, and there was no scene between the two main characters which gives any hints of what'll happen next. Nor did they discuss the idea that Lesley won't stay with Gwenyth all her life cause she isn't immortal, but maybe that last one didn't have to be there.

Other than - which seemed alot - the writer did an amazing job with explaining how the time traveling worked as I feel that this in particular can prove to be rather difficult for someone to write it in such detail and interwine everything together so it can make sense. I loved how the two main character and Lesley and Rapheal had this little like mystery solving thing and I definitely loved Gwyneth's little siblings (which are not her actual siblings now). Oh and I was definitely laughing throughout the whole book. The style of writing and the conversations are hilarious in this series.

The ending may have been rushed, and I mean RUSHED (I would've definitely like if there was an epilogue or another chapter saying something like '20 years later' or '100 years later' and just say some things that happened), but I liked the sequence of events and some of the characters, so it is a good series. Only if you don't mind how it ends abruptly.

I have mixed feelings about the ending. It wasn't enough and the last revelation made me kind of sad.
