Not a bad overview of the Itanium history.
A little confusing at times since it seems to have sections either written at different times or giving a perspective from different times (originally coming out, Itanium 2 coming 0ut).
Best parts were around the middle; some of the earlier overview was a little wishy washy, and the case studies were a mix.
