Book 3 of 8 in the Blackbird Beach series. These books should not be read as stand alones. Each book ends in a cliffhanger so you can't wait to read the next book in the series. The plot is good and each book seems to have a new character added to the group of wonderful characters.

My least favorite of the series so far, but they’re easy listens and don’t require brain power which I like

I love these books in the series. I love the continuation of the story and the Inn coming together. In this book Georgia shows up and shares devastating news. Georgia and her sister Lily had to have a very difficult conversation so they could come to an understanding.

Part 3 of the Blackbird Beach series.
FYI, these stories end abruptly with cliffhangers, to be continued in the next book of the series.
I enjoy reading Maggie Miller books right before bed, as I find them cozy, comfy, and without triggers.

I usually listen to these to relax ,but
the first 15 chapters are filled with angst and snarky comments from Georgia's sister who dumps a cancer diagnosis on her. She starts off condescending with thinly veiled insults but gets better. Nothing much happens in those chapters, so feel free to skip those if you want to avoid that negativity.

Left too many loose threads in the end.
