This is a fictional romance story about two very lonely people who find one another over the internet. More than anything, Holly and Ashton’s story is about learning to trust and love someone beyond the appeal of physical appearances.
Holly has deeply rooted self-esteem issues. Despite owning her internet business and being a talented artist, she lacks confidence and only trusts a few close friends. Ashton is a bestselling author who comes to her for her professional services and finds himself attracted to the woman behind the work, but he also has trust issues due to his financial status and fame.
All That We Are is a different kind of story, but left me with mixed feelings about it. The plot was interesting and has a few good twists. The dialogues, especially the phone calls between the main characters, are rather smart, the sexy scenes are definitely hot and it was altogether a pretty story. Personally, if found it a bit redundant at times and think it could have been shorter.
