This one felt like getting a lot of things done that needed to be tidied up in the larger series plot arc, but had a weird plot/pacing itself. A lovely ending, but even though it's the series entry I've read most recently, it's maybe the fuzziest plot for me to try to remember.

Once again, I had issues with the pacing. There's just something a little rushed about these last few installments that's really getting to me. But I love the characters, the world, and the overarching plot enough that it outweighs that for the most part.

Another great addition to the October Daye series. This book starts with October needing to find her step-father Simon before she can marry Tybalt. Overall I enjoyed the twists and turns and as always the cast of characters including Luna, Simon and May are well written. I did have a problem with the twist (spoiler--someone lost gets found) as it didn't necessarily make sense and wasn't even hinted at. However, Seanan is an expert at playing the long game, so it's possible I just missed the hints. But in the end, this was a great chapter to a great series.

There's a novella at the end from Simon, Patrick and Dianda's POV that was a rich addition and greatly enjoyed.
