I'm sure nobody will stay indifferent to what Dr. Greger wrote.

It was a good reminder to eat more plant based foods, but the format did feel a bit repetitive and I did skim a lot of it.

If you're already convinced you should eat less meat, eggs and dairy products, then you can skip the first half. The second half is where all the useful information is.

Incredibly informative and provides so many small nuggets of healthier approaches to food that can be implemented into daily routine that I’m very thankful I took the time to listen

I loved this book because it was simple. I read it all the way through but you can really jump to the diseases or medical concerns that you have. The daily dozen is an easy way to think about your eating. No diet is easy since you still have to give up all the junk or at least most of it but very few "rules" just common sense and some direction.
