Endless picks up right where breathless left off. The man who grabbed aria was actually Daniel. He wants to offer her a way out. He told the rest that he didn’t know where aria was so he’s giving her a chance to decide if she wants to go home, run away, or if she wants to go back to the cross house. When Carter gets to the safe house aria is outside. He wants her to rush to him but instead she cowers away from him and he realizes that this war will destroy them. She chooses to go back to the house. Carter ignores her in the den. His brothers chevk on her and she realizes how much she cares for them. She goes into carters room and tells him she wants to stay there. He tells her only if she pleasures him. He tells her to lie on the bed and he gets the lube out and preps her forbidden hole. He fucks her in the ass until she cums and when she starts to push away he gets pissed. He doesn’t even cum he just leaves her there and makes her feel like a whore like when he tortured things out of her last time with orgasms. The next morning she goes into his office and he gives her a box of new pearls, since her collar had broken when she was in the box hiding before. She asks if they’re ok and he tells her he doesn’t think they’ll ever be ok. Aria goes to her safe room and realizes she hasn’t ate or drank. She hears Addison and Daniel in there and listens and hears Daniel ask her to marry him and she says yes. She feels like she’s intruding and tries to leave but Carter catches her and calls her out. She rushes away from Addison because she is in pain for the happiness that Addison is experiencing. Addison comes in to talk to aria and tells her she keeps having the dream about Tyler that he’s telling her aria needs to hold onto Carter close. Aria goes into carters office in a silk nightie and her new pearls and he takes her on the desk. She asks him if it’s going to keep being like this where he leaves her feeling unwanted after and he tells her it won’t last so there’s no point. She confesses to him that she wasn’t the voice he heard all those years ago that saved him and he calls her a liar and won’t believe her. He has her handcuff herself to the bed and tells her to confess why she would lie to him and she tells him she isn’t lying. He tells her he can stay there then and goes to leave so she chucks a liquor bottle at him and then dislocated her shoulder trying to get out of the cuff. He lets her out and she wants him away from her. He goes to his office and takes 2 shots of the sleeping syrup. And has a nightmare of aria dying. I want to know why everyone has nightmares from this damn drug. Aria wakes up that morning and realizes she needs to leave that Carter is a drug that’s destroying her. She goes in the bathroom and sees pregnancy tests and realizes Addison might be pregnant and then she takes one. Carters best friend Sebastian has came back home and Carter wants him to watch over aria. They have a phone call with Marcus who says the man who tried to take Addison was the same man they had their issues with years ago, Talvery. So was Addison the voice that Carter heard all those years ago maybe? Aria walks out the door but she knows they are watching her. Carter sends Sebastian to get her. She willingly gets in the car for Sebastian and they drive and talk. And then she pulls the lock up on the door and takes off running. She rolls down a hill and when she continues to run she is met by a hard chest. And hears Sebastian yell fuck. Nikolai has her. Marcus calls Carter again and tells him who was trying to take aria and Addison, Romano. He said Romano had put a hit out for jase years ago and a drugged put woman saw Tyler in jades hoodie and killed him. That’s why Marcus was there because he wanted to save jace and use him for something else. Carter asked why he’d tell them now and he said bevause he wanted their attention and when he got off the phone Carter saw that aria was gone and realized why he wanted his attention. Nikolai gets aria into a get away truck and she pukes and she says she didn’t mean to get tossed from one side to the other she was trying to get the small life out of this, she’s pregnant. Nikolai tells her he has worked for Romano all these years. That the day of his fathers funeral when he met aria that’s why he had been disgusted with her at first because Romano told him that Talvery killed his father. He began to work for both of them. Romano knew he worked for Talvery but he used him as a spy but Talvery Had no idea he worked for Romano. He tells her when he handed her over to Romano it was supposed to be to get her out of this world so she wouldn’t have to live like this but Romano tricked him. He said he’s going to get her out of here. Carter and his brothers planned to attack the Talvery house but get aria out safely. For once Carter is grateful for Nikolai bevause he knows he will keep aria safe. When Carter starts the bombs aria is in her fathers office with him and Nikolai. He directs Nikolai to kill anyone who tries to get through. He then confessed to aria that the pictures on his office wall are his biggest mistakes. Her mother was supposed to marry his brother and claim it all but when he died she was alone and pregnant so he took her in and raised her child, aria. He told her he always loved her and chose her but her mother had to die. He had her mother murdered. And he told her how the cross boys were all supposed to burn in that house and he should have made sure of it. Carter comes into the office and Talvery holds a gun to his head and aria begs him not to. He aims at aria and Carter jumps in front of it and Talvery shoots him twice, Carter gets one shot off I think. He couldn’t stand to kill her father right in front of her. As he faded away aria held him and begged him not to die on her. Her father pulls a gun on her and tells her to choose her family but she won’t let go of Carter she keeps thinking of Tyler’s words from the dream let him go and he’ll die. She won’t let go. And then she hears a gunshot and her father dies. Nikolai shot him. Aria demands that they have a truce there has been enough bloodshed. She wants to go to Carter at the hospital. Nikolai is leading a team to go against Romano and Sebastian is going to help arm them with weapons. They are going to burn the Talvery house down per arias commands. While in the hospital aria is pleading that she needs Carter and realization hits her. She had told Carter it wasn’t her who pounded on the door, and it wasn’t. But she had said those words near that side of the house, she thinks her mother gave those words to Carter to save him, she knew he was meant for aria. Carter wakes up and all he wants is aria. He has to demand his brothers out of the room they keep wanting to talk business but he doesn’t care. Aria apologizes and begs for his forgiveness and he tells her all he wants is her love. She tells him she thinks she’s pregnant and he begs her for a chance to be a good father. He then asks her to marry him. Carter is released from the hospital and aria is taking care of him even though he tries to over do it. The last chapter is jase goes to talk to Bethany. She has been raising hell at the red room, her sister died and she’s blaming them and their drug. Jase goes to talk to her and she pulls a gun on him. He disarms her and pins her inside of her house and she tells him how she knows about Marcus and the drugs. He tells her she’s going to tell him everything she knows about Marcus but first she’s coming with him and then it ends. But it has a click here to start reading Jases story!!!! Irresistible attraction is jases story I can’t wait to read it next ugh. I really loved Carter and aria and I’m glad they got a happy ever after and it says they’ll be in Jases story so I better get to see their baby and their wedding!!!

I'm not going to lie, I'm glad I'm done with this series! This was supposed to be a "dark" romance and it honestly wasn't that dark. I'm not a fan of how this series ended and the fact that the ending was too quick. This book didn't get that scratch that needed scratching

I do like Willow's writing. I'll definitely read more from her in the future!

Finally we get to the conclusion of this epic storyline of family, power and love. Aria and Carter need to go through hell and back to keep their past from ending their future. Willow Winter has created a romance that has been so intense from the minute these two came together. Secrets will be revealed and the past is altered but when push comes to shove can love overcome hate? A fabulous conclusion to a masterpiece series.

5⭐️ Audible Listen - thank god it ended how it did! FINALLY Carter got his head out of his ass and actually told Aria his true feelings. And Aria grew a back bone!

All in all I feel like the final book wrapped up everything really well. There was definitely heartache but it all worked out.

I was so emotionally involved with this couple that I binged this series and it was well worth it. The dom/sub relationship isn’t one I’m super comfortable with (probably cause I’m so type A that subs confuse me
