Really fun, explanatory conversation between two trans icons that was extremely educational. There's few first hand accounts available that are compiled into one source getting into the nitty gritty of transitioning, which is why I'm thankful for a book like this. It's great for people interested in learning more, parents, and those seeking to find out more on their own personal journey of gender and self.

The world is better with this book in it. It’s written in a light-hearted, fun, quick read sort of way, but it’s more than light-hearted and fun. It’s truly eye-opening. I am a cisgender woman with minimal insight into the experiences of trans people. I read this from a position of not knowing and I’m so grateful I did. There was rawness and vulnerability where Kade and Gigi discussed topics that were heavy and complicated. They did this for all of the people out there who needed this, who wanted this - to become more competent and to become better versions of themselves.

i felt like there should have been more disclaimers in the beginning when talking about family relationships, especially if ur planning on giving this book to someone who knows nothing about trans people. it was overall very good but i would read it before gifting
