Thank god for e-readers! If I had to wait any second longer to buy this book I would have been out of my mind!
Enar is still struggling to find himself and his place in the world. His mates are trying to show him that they love him, but it's still hard for him.
But at the same time time they have to deal with revelations I hardly could believe. It was so overwhelming and wonderful.
Very beautiful! Be sure to have book 3 really close by!

I don't know why, but I'm kind of surprised with how much I have enjoyed this series so far. The dynamics between the foursome and how they have grown and evolved across two books has been interesting to read. On top of that, the overarching story involving the Melloni gene and then the creation of this new pack has been great to read. I'm just having a lot of fun here. Also, Enar is such a sweetie and was so brave in this book. I'm a sucker for a "finally be yourself no matter what society says" type of story, and his really worked for me. It felt really reminiscent of explorung gender identity, and it was well done. It was also sweet and adorable to see Vieno finally feel comfortable in his place and in his relationships with the other three by the end. After everything he's been through, he definitely deserves his HEA.

TW: honestly finished this book a couple days ago and cannot remember oops

I actually really like this series. I listened to this one on audiobook and wanted to continue the series this way, but #money. Why doesn’t audible let you listen to as many books as you want??? Anywho, I saw a lot of people say that the book pulls you in too many directions, and I agree. However, you never get bored! I love the foursome so much and I love that this is turning into a shifter story!
