Ashley is my auto buy author. I have loved every book I have read in this Once Upon a Con series and I hope there are more!

This is my favorite so far in the series. I think the writing has gotten better.

Installment three in the #OnceUponaCon series. I haven’t read book 2 yet (oops), but I enjoyed Geekerella. Anyway, this is a YA Beauty and the Beast retelling set amidst the Starfield fandom. It’s a fun enough story, though the characters are a tad one-dimensional. High cheese factor, but a decent palette cleanser nonetheless.

THIS WAS SO GOOD I DID NOT EXPECT TO LIKE IT THIS MUCH, IM CURRENTLY DYING HERE, BANGING MY HEAD AGAINST THE WALL, THROWING UP DJKDKFKDKFKFK

I loved this so much. The whole series made my heart feel fuzzy and warm and it's for sure one of my favourites now with this one being the best out of them imo! I loved the little insiders here and there and the character development. I wish there would be more books like this cause this just totally is my taste

Honestly it’s probably 2.5 ⭐️, but I’ll round up because I sort of assumed it would be light & fluffy nonsense, and it was. I wouldn’t really recommend this unless you want to laugh about the bad writing with your sister on a road trip to your grandma’s funeral.

WHERE HAS THIS BOOK BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE?!
I don’t even know where to start!

When I first got it, I was really skeptical if I would like it because I mostly stay away from contemporaries, but it was sitting in the part of Barnes and Noble it definitely shouldn’t have been, so I took it as a sign and got it. Not a few days later, I was watching Tik Tok in school and a video recommending it showed up! I just about screamed, and knew I had to read it.

From the very beginning, I loved Rosie! She is such a strong character even though she doesn’t have those traditional “strong woman” attributes. Literally my new role model! And Vance, well- he turned out really good and I love his character arc! The supporting characters were awesome (Quinn will always be my homecoming overlord!).

This may just be something related to me, but it was set in NC! The Cook Out, crazy weather state! I- just yes!

And to top it all off, there are some amazing lines and quotes! The writing overall is just great! I relate so much to Rosie and her friends using books as an escape and loving them fiercely!

I did not at all suspect me to like this book as much as I did, but it is my new favorite and I love it so much!
