I love this series and world so much and having dual POVs for this entire book was great! Really into the casual multiverse and can’t wait to read her other series!

I was invested in the plot so I decided to have book 3 a try…. I genuinely want to know how the story ends but I cannot get past the weak writing style. The weaknesses in books 1 and 2 were amplified in this book. Everything is over explained, the dialogue is weak, and the character asks too many surface level questions. I think the author came up with a great plot for this series but it just wasn’t executed well. This is the very first book that I did not finish….

I hate the whole mate thing!

I think now I do see the imperfections. The characters have hardly any personality. Didn't get to see any actual bonding. MMC is still better than FMC. After the third book I realized it's only because of Nori was I reading the books. The story is still pretty decent.
And I was not expecting the mesh of high and urban fantasy.

all i’m going to say, is I knew it from the beginning and I was right about so many things
