At first the book had me on the ropes, but had me back in the game after the plot twist. I would say I enjoyed reading this novel. At times I felt some parts were dragged out and there was too many moments of self loathing. Nevertheless I enjoyed the story. Still has the same magic as the other novels but this one didnt capture me as much. Good addition to the series, looking forward to brothersong.

I think it definitely struggled towards the start but did eventually give me the love I wanted!! Can’t get the next book for about 3 weeks and I’m going to have withdrawals
