It's been awhile since I read the second book so took me a minute to remember everything that happened but then BAM all the feels!

Robbie, a character no one really wanted to care about, and of course Klune breaks our hearts and then mends them over the course of the book. I totally fell in love with Robbie and Kelly's story.

The classic TJ Klune found family trope but a story full of angst and yearning. I loved the romance, ace rep, the action and twist and turns. The cliffhanger ending has me immediately grabbing Brothersong because I NEED to know what happens next.

Robbie and Kelly are great. Enjoyed this almost as much as the first book , and anxiously await the unraveling of the cliffhanger in the next entry in the series.

Definitely influenced by the audiobook reading - which I didn’t love - and feeling like the storylines are getting repetitive. I really liked 1 and 2, and this one… maybe it’s Robbie as the narrator but not as good imo!
