The love I have for Fleabag is (almost) unmatched. I loved reading this right after the original play script to see the differences. Also the stage directions in this play were just perfect perfect perfect.
Moderate: Suicide, Death, Sexual content, and Miscarriage
Minor: Suicidal thoughts, Sexism, Misogyny, and Alcoholism

A inspiring coming-of-age story about a woman learning to love and forgive herself and those she loves. It is short, but the slow pacing and tight writing make it feel like a much longer story. Every word does more than its job, bringing characters you really care about to life and making you love them.
The journeys the characters take are inspiring and uplifting, leaving the reader happy and motivated to examine how best to handle not just relationships with others, but the relationship with themselves as equally deserving of love, forgiveness and peace

Reading this was as addictive as watching the show. I really enjoyed seeing how the stage directions translated to the screen and how much the actors' performances add to an already brilliant script. On paper the scenes are still so funny, touching and awkward and I often re-read my favourite lines. There aren't many shows or films where I'd consider reading the scripts but this one is pretty special. I'd have liked some more notes from behind the scenes but apart from that I really loved it and I'm definitely going to re-watch both series soon.
