I was recommended this time travel book by several people. I went into it with high expectations. This book made me think about a lot of different things and for that it achieved its goal. I personally hated the way the author wrote women. It made me withdrawal from the story every time he described a part of a woman as girlish.

Not quite a perfect 5 stars, but not enough criticism to warrant 4. Ken Grimwood tells a Groundhog Day story with a lot more substance than I was expecting. It tackles things we all feel about the progress of time, past mistakes, and what’s to come with a unique plot device.

LOVED. time bendy, historical context drops, personal growth

I had this on my reading list, because it had won a World Fantasy Award. I'm surprised I haven't heard of it before, because it's a pretty good book. It inspired Groundhog's Day and I think this book did a better job on the concept of repeating one's life multiple times.
