Honestly this book wasn’t what I thought it would be. And that was a very good thing! I’m thinking there is some kind of higher power giving Mink these ideas to write about because just wow. Super hot, super wow.

Went in blind and to my surprise it's an erotic priest novella! And it was actually good! I mean there's a badass priest who's in a brotherhood of assassins!
My only complaint is that the main female protagonist was unbelievably naïve. I had to roll my eyes a few times.
Overall, a good quick steamy read.
I'm surprised by how good this book was it can definitely hold a candle to Priest by Sierra Simone.
The plot was definitely five star.
The characters I'd say were about four stars.
My absolute favorite characters were Lily's parents (her mom is a complete badass) and then Berenice.
The smut I'd give about 2.7 stars. Not the smuttiest book I've ever read I was more invested in the plot.

The first half of this was a really fun and over the top taboo priest romance, and then the second half was an absolute trainwreck. There were suddenly....assassins???
