I loved this book. It has romance, humour, and deep discussions of what it's like to be bisexual in a world that constantly tells you, in many ways, bisexuality is either not real or something to be called into question. As a bisexual person, this book means a lot to me in many ways. I teared up at the scene where everyone reassured Darcy she belonged, regardless of who she is or isn't dating. This book tells us bisexuality is a whole identity in its own right and should be respected as such.

Another thing I loved about this book is the teenagers are allowed to be teenagers. They make silly mistakes, hurt their friends feelings, apologise, and grow into themselves as teenagers should be doing. This book was something I could have done with when I was a teenager. I'm glad the teenagers now will have something like this to read.

I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH OMG

i’ve read two of the author’s previous works so i was super excited to start this one, and i was not disappointed! her writing is just so good, i love how easily everything flows and the humour?? definitely laughed out loud multiple times

going into it, i was aware of the reason why the author decided to write this book, and it made me love her even more. the discussions of bisexuality and internalized biphobia were so great and so needed. i loved the side characters who were a part of the community and their persistence to make everyone feel like they belong; the friendships were all so wholesome :))

i enjoyed the storyline of Darcy giving relationship advice. it was entertaining and really reminded me of sex education! i also freaking adore all of the characters in this novel and the relationships, both the romantic and platonic ones, were so CUTE!!

though they can be predictable, i will always have a soft spot for ya contemporary rom-coms, and i will for sure be re-reading this book in the foreseeable future !
