I'm a big fan of the All Souls Trilogy. This was a welcomed addition and expansion into their universe.
Such well developed, rich and diverse characters.
I very much enjoyed the walk through the history and the origin story of Marcus and how the De Clermonts feature.
Bring on more!

After finishing the All Soul's Trilogy I didnt want to leave the world behind. Harkness has done an amazing job of immersing the reader in a slightly altered world of magic.

And as a historian, she weaves both history and current times well.

Time's Convert picks up where we left the de Clermont clan.

If you want to know more about the de Clermont clan, this is the book for you. From Freyja to Phillipe to Gallowglass you get more glimpes into their character.

If you enjoyed the step into Elizabethan England, you'll love the American (and French) Revolution as well.

Learning more about vampires and how they are sired and the dangers they can experience.

Honestly I'd love another book to better understand the daemons. I feel like we have a good grasp on two of the three magical-creatures.

As usual another page turner from Deborah Harkness. It was wonderful to read about my favorite book characters again. Marcus’s story was both beautiful and tragic. Not sure how I feel about Philippe, his heart seemed to be in the right place, but some of the things he did were just plain wrong.

These books are absolutely my guilty pleasure. Loved the focus of this one on Marcus and Phoebe, although not part of the original trilogy it might be my favorite one so far.
