Recommended to me by Kathleen, I listened to the Audiobook Version of Boyfriend Material. This is a fantastic piece that that is sexy, funny, sweet and so much more. You just have to have a listen or a read it.

I liked the dialogue between Luc and Oliver. A lot of pop culture references and some references i didn’t get. The last 100-125 pages really saved the book. Didn’t need to be 400+ pages tbh. (3.5 stars)

this. book. sucks.
written shittily, cringey to the utmost degree, lazy and full of the worst romcom tropes. they break up 3x, get back together in basically the same way each time. the boyfriend is unreal (too sweet but also masc in a way that totally indulges the silliest and somewhat toxically masculine fantasies of what is hot to the gay community), the main character is so annoying, and the author is so criminally horny and clearly in love with both of these characters in such a self indulgent way.
i finished this book bc i am trash and can't help myself with any romance books. but my god it was pretty shit.
