I didn't find this thrilling at all. I see reviews mentioning plot twists, but I couldn't tell you what they are. It was pretty obvious what was happening and what would happen. Also, the MC was an idiot. And why was it so damn long?

This was a book that was a bit of a slow burn in the beginning but when things picked up, I could not put it down until I finished it.
I had a really hard time getting into this one. I skimmed the middle and flew through the end. It was meh.
