At first I wasn’t so sure I would like this book, but then I got into in and couldn’t put it down. I was suspicious and could somewhat see the ending coming, but it was still a great twist and awesome read.
This was a good one with a twist I DID NOT see coming.
Loved this as an audiobook! Such a fast listen/read. The twist totally got me and I am still questioning things since finishing it. A true thriller.

REALLY?!? The plot twists are many especially at the end BUT there were to many WTF moments for me ESPECIALLY at the end. Really?! The author decided to throw everything and the kitchen sink into this plot. It became RIDICULOUS and the ending was the nail in the coffin. A big ‘no’ for me.
Make sure you pay attention to who is who because the ending will shock you!
Pretty much hated this. Only finished it because I felt guilty DNF-ing another book. My “books I can’t stand” to “books I enjoy” ratio is all off this year.

I was torn about my star rating - I hovered between 3 and 4 - so I guess this is a 3.5.
I loved the Mrs. Parrish books - soo good!
This book was fast - Joanna dumped by her husband Leo and Piper (who has a past) swoops in at the right time to take care of him and the children....
The mystery of Piper's past (being investigated by Joanna) kept me intrigued, and the twist was unexpected - as twists should be... but I felt a bit let down in how it ended!
Don't want to ruin it with more- but read it for a fast and "un-put-downable" thriller and see if you feel as I did!
