This story had me fooled from the beginning. I liked Joanna and was on her side throughout the story, but then there was a plot twist I did not see coming…. I really thought that Piper was the money hungry husband stealer as Joanna wanted me to believe. The story is told by Joanna and Piper’s point of view and it all centers around Leo, the man Joanna has, and that Piper wants to get. Added into the story are Leo’s 2 young children. This is another fantastic story written by a sister duo under the pen name Liz Constantine. I am going to keep this review short as I don’t want to give away the story, if you love domestic thrillers, I think you’ll enjoy this one.
Good thriller fun. With children at potential risk, the stakes are high. I didn't see the ending coming.
I rate simply: 5 = liked it, 3 = meh, and 1 = didn't like it.
THE ENDING! i was so confused during this and couldn’t put any pieces together. this was looking at a 2 start rating, but that twist!!! i was screeching the whole time!
